Dear Fellow RVers –
Are you looking for a safe and secure place to park your RV in Las Vegas for no cost? RV Golf Club has several golf course parking locations around Las Vegas to choose from.
We stopped by one of the clubs and talked to the golf pro. He is enthusiastic about their relationship with RV Golf Club and is hoping more RV’s stop by and stay. We found the environment wonderful and welcoming.
It looks out to the Las Vegas Strip and the mountains surrounding the valley. We can’t wait to see the sunset tonight, and the sunrise with our coffee from the practice putting green in the morning. We are checking for the sunset and sunrise times on our phones to make certain we take photo’s!
This particular golf club is set on a hill with spectacular views of the entire Las Vegas valley. Since this location is set in a residential community the street noise is minimal. Once the club shuts down for the night it is dark and peaceful. The magnificent lights from the “Strip” play well with the sky full of stars and the light from the Luxor Hotel beams so brightly the astronauts can see it from space.
If you are heading to Las Vegas from southern California this location is just a few miles off highway I-15, the main north south route from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City. The roads are nice and wide, so even the largest motor coaches and 5th wheels can easily make the turns to this welcoming golf club.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner until 8PM, so you’ll be able to skip cooking in your motorhome.
There isn’t any gate to the parking lot, so you’ll be able to come and go as you need to. A grocery store and drug store are about 2 miles away around the corner in this residential development.
One of the newer casinos with restaurants, a spa and of course, gambling is only four miles away. The top attractions on the strip are just a twenty-minute drive down the hill.
The golf course here looks like quite a challenge!
It has a little of everything with sloped greens, canyons and lakes.
As you can imagine, the Las Vegas valley is always moving – the highway traffic, the planes headed in and out of McCarran field and the ever-changing light display. I highly recommend you sit and relax on the patio here, it’ll be a memorable experience. Actually, it should be on your bucket list.
